Düsseldorf, April 20, 2021. Gerresheimer is recognized as a Leading Employer in Germany and is therefore among the top 1% of employers who are exclusively awarded this seal. Every year, companies are identified as Leading Employers from more than 200 informative sources, which are characterized by a holistic leading employer quality. This is based on the results from the areas of employee offers and satisfaction, health management, understanding of values, talent communication and image. Gerresheimer employs around 3,500 people at its 10 sites in Germany and around 10,000 worldwide.

Trainee program for graduates

One of Gerresheimer's well-cultivated traditions is the training of its own junior staff in the company's glass and plastics plants. Year after year, Gerresheimer apprentices are among the best in their year at the examining chambers of industry and commerce.
