In 2009, Gerresheimer established a new Technical Competence Center (TCC) in Peachtree City so as to localize the entire process development process. Just like the TCC in Wackersdorf, the TCC USA pools all important cross-divisional functions right through to large-scale production under one roof. At the TCC, project management, mold and special machine engineering, quality management and pilot plant work hand in hand with product launch and industrialization experts so as to minimize critical start-up times in production transfer for a faster time-to-market.
