Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our global Quality team as soon as possible at our production site in Momignies / Belgium.
- Serve as a point of contact for quality-related inquiries from our customers
- Conduct technical on-site visits to troubleshoot issues with our customers
- Handle complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and track CAPAs
- Assist in managing the life cycle of our products, especially for highly regulated products
- Support projects related to the development of innovative products
- Promote continuous improvement, particularly in terms of process stability and production
- Constantly strive to improve customer satisfaction by initiating and tracking specific actions, including preparing and conducting meetings and accompanying audits at production sites
- Promote cross-functional collaboration between plants and various business units
- Review quality assurance agreements
- Continuously improve quality management system processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in natural sciences
- Professional experience in application technology, quality engineering or quality assurance, ideally with direct customer contact
- Familiarity with quality management requirements such as ISO 9001, ISO 15378, ISO 22000, and Cosmetic GMP
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Fluent in English; English is our primary working language
- Fluent in French
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure

- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Availability for national and international business trips
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Project management skills are a plus
