Job Description
- Cleans plugs, dies, and tooling bars during shift to maintain quality and production as required
- Continuously checking vials for visual defects following Quality Inspection Plan
- Monitors production line performance by checking hot end losses on lehr belt, determining the source of loss and notify appropriate personnel
- Monitor process control using Infinity software to produce acceptable Cp/Cpk values as well as monitoring cold end cosmetic vision reject percentages
- Ensure tube loader remains properly loaded
- Cleans machines and related equipment of oil, glass, or other matter per the standard operating procedure, SOP and as required by preventative maintenance tasks
- Maintains floor and general area around machines in a clean and neat manner in accordance with housekeeping and 5S standards
- Performs other duties when required or requested.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferable
- Basic computer skills
- Statistical Process Control
- Able to read blueprints
- Use of calipers and gauges
Additional Information
Night shift 6:30 PM to 6:40 AM
$19.53 plus $1.45 shift differential
