Job Description

  • Creation and implementation of an HR strategy aligned with the company's strategy
  • Management of all soft HR processes such as recruiting, employer branding and talent management
  • Developing procedures and standards that allow attracting, hiring and training employees
  • Coordination of processes for employee appraisal, satisfaction surveys and employee engagement projects
  • Advising and supporting the management in the field of HR
  • Implementation of an efficient remuneration system
  • Setting targets and KPIs for the HR division
  • Cooperation with trade unions
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
  • Managing the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
  • +5 years, well-established professional experience in the field of HRM
  • Very good knowledge of labor law incl. the cooperation with trade unions
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and develop common solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and proficient knowledge of Polish and English is a prerequisite
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Independence, responsibility, assertiveness and remarkable interpersonal skills
