Technical Assistant to Senior Plant Director (m/f/d)

Job Description

  • Support of the local plant management and the management team within the scope of defined projects and assumption of special tasks in the context of series production.
  • Assumption of (partial) project management tasks, e.g. in the case of relocations, OPEX projects or new projects as well as production changes
  • Assumption of special tasks within the scope of the assistance function
  • Taking into account all influencing factors, active support of the necessary change in the local manufacturing footprint as well as overarching efficiency enhancement and investment projects to increase competitiveness
  • Proactive collaboration with the defined internal and external interface partners (e.g. global production sites, TCC/SEC, authorities, OPEX, etc.)
  • Support with necessary change management activities
  • Support of the production areas in the analysis of the production processes with regard to quality, costs, output as well as productivity
  • Participation in the harmonization of production controlling and production KPIs as well as their uniform database

Qualifications

  • Completed technical university degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, medical technology, business administration) and at least three years of professional experience in a comparable function as a project manager in the industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes
  • Understanding of multi-level series production
  • Good knowledge of project management
  • Basic knowledge of SCM and production logistics
  • Basic knowledge of GMP/GDP
  • Basic knowledge of plastic injection molding
  • Basic knowledge of business administration
  • Very good IT user skills and digital affinity
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • High motivation to perform and create
  • High action orientation, conscientiousness and flexibility
  • Sensitivity and contact capability

  • Strong leadership motivation(technical)
