The position can be located in Boleslawiec (Poland), Wertheim (Germany) or Chalon (France).

As a New Product Development Manager (m/f/d) you guarantee the success of new products in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry, mainly in terms of technical aspects and respect of deadlines. You accompany the process from design of the first prototype for our customers to the mass production and commercialization.

You will join a dynamic and enthusiastic team with the following main missions:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction with new products
  • See to the realization and the consideration of the different technical elements
  • Coordinate the development of samples, pre-series and industrial production with the expert or subcontractors
  • Work in close collaboration with the sales department coordinating new product launches
  • Be the time keeper on a new project, ensure capacity and reserve it with the supply chain department
  • Monitor all elements to guarantee product quality


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or sciences
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in direct customer interaction
  • Project management skills and technical understanding
  • Business-level fluency in English, advanced communication skills in French would be an advantage 
  • Strong communication skills, team-orientation and customer-oriented thinking
  • High sense of responsibility and a proactive, reliable and self-dependent working style, even under time pressure
  • Willingness to travel
