Strategic Partnership Lead Digital Health (m/f/d)

Job Description

  • In this role, you will focus on developing and executing our digital health ecosystem strategy
  • Together with the disease leads, you will design and build a partner ecosystem in order to bring the best value to patients. This includes, but is not limited to, building partnerships with other leaders in the field, startups or hospitals
  • You will lead the evaluation of commercial opportunities by understanding the needs of key stakeholders, the competitive landscape and opportunities for differentiation in close collaboration with the disease leads
  • You will be a key contributor to the vision of our various digital health offerings and take responsibility for defining commercial value strategies, including internal innovation and inorganic growth activities/M&A
  • For strategic partnerships, you will develop the commercial model as well as the quantitative business plan with which you will lead the negotiations. Together with the disease leads, you will take responsibility for maintaining good partnerships
  • When we decide to consider investments, you will work closely with the M&A department and be a key contributor to the due diligence process
  • As part of a new digital health innovation team, you will bring out-of-the-box thinking, a hands-on mentality, and the joy of creating something new
  • By taking the lead in your area of expertise, you will inspire not only the innovation team, but also the entire company.

Qualifications

  • University degree in the field of Economics, Business Administration or Health Economics
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in strategic business development related to venturing (corporate venturing, venture capital, start-up experience)
  • Intrinsic passion for transforming healthcare by making use of novel digital health solutions
  • Self-starting teammate with a problem-solving attitude and structured approach to work in complex fast changing environments
  • You are fluent in English and preferably in German
