During the program you will be assigned to the Product Management. We also offer you the opportunity to go abroad for three months and get to know another Gerresheimer business unit. Take advantage of this opportunity, gain international experience and build up a network! 

Your tasks: 

As a g graduate in the area Product Management, you will learn from the following: 

  • Direct communication with the defined customer(s) during project implementation, encompassing all general and technical issues 

  • Interact with various teams of experts (process technology, tool technology, quality, etc.) both internally and customer facing 

  • Participation in customer audits  

  • Review and assist in processing change requests  

  • Assist with implementation of new projects / capacity expansion in the plant 

  • Attending project support meetings  

  • Thorough documentation of meetings and communications 

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in a  business management/ or project management field 

  • You speak fluent English, are proficient with MS-Office as well as MS Project 

  • You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills 

  • You are characterized by an independent, proactive and creative way of working 

  • You like to build customer relationship 

  • You like to work in a team environment and are able to main a calm and collative demeanor in stressful situations 

  • Willingness and ability to international travel
