Job Description

You lead a team that
- develops test methods and measurement setups for testing micromechanical dispensing systems
- performs and documents the corresponding tests
- builds up and maintains the laboratory infrastructure
Supporting and leading the team in all technical aspects as well as in disciplinary aspects is a key task
You are the interface between your team, the projects that demand contribution from your team members, and the higher management

Qualifications

University degree in Engineering/Natural Sciences/Technical Sciences or equivalent
Ability to lead a highly performing team in a challenging environment
Corresponding leadership experience is an advantage
Experience in building up, maintaining and working in laboratories for liquid handling in medical or comparable areas
Knowledge of programming in LabVIEW, ideally also in creating sequences with NI TestStand
Very good language skills in English
