Technical Project Manager (f/m/d) with skills in industrialization

Job Description

  • Responsibility for the technical design transfer activities of newly developed products.
  • Working closely with both the production partner and our development team who owns the design.
  • Liaise as well as solution-oriented facilitator between the production partner, development & industrialization team, as you understand the technical and supply chain challenges of each side.
  • Developing the strategy and concepts for the industrial manufacturing of the products along the entire value chain, considering the sustainability challenges.
  • Taking a leading role in our project team.


  • Technical basic education, completed studies; Dipl.-Ing. ETH/FH or TS
  • Min. 5 years of experience in the development/industrialization of micromechanical assemblies, including specification and verification, ideally in the medical technology industry. Technical experience in development
  • Ideally additional experience in sterilization, packaging and labeling. 
  • Several years of experience in monitoring processes in a regulated environment. E.g. medical, aerospace, etc.
  • Networked and analytical way of thinking
  • Communication skills at all hierarchical levels
  • High level of personal responsibility and customer orientation
  • Good oral and written language skills in German and English
