Responsável pela gestão do programa de treinamento e desenvolvimento de todos os colaboradores. Realizar análises referentes ao recrutamento e seleção de pessoal. Analisar níveis adequados de remuneração para contratação e aperfeiçoamento pessoal da empresa. Análise e reporte mensalmente dos indicadores da área: Turnover, Absenteísmo e Treinamento. Garantir o cumprimento da Lei de Cotas na organização. Gerir procedimentos da área de recursos humanos com foco nas auditorias internas e externas.

Qualificações

Superior Completo em: Psicologia; Gestão em Recursos Humanos, Administração Geral, Contábeis ou Afins;
Assessment Center/ Consultoria Interna de RH/ Excel avançado/ Entrevista por Competências/ Aplicação de testes psicológicos;
