HR Manager (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Manager. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources functions at our site in Chalon, which comprises approximately 160 employees. This role offers the opportunity to lead a small HR team while actively engaging in hands-on operational HR tasks. In this role you are part of the Management-Team of the site and part of the global HR-Team.

  • Championing change initiatives and collaborating with other departments to improve site performance
  • Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and fostering employee motivation
  • Developing and implementing training plans, while overseeing skills management
  • Contributing to the formulation and communication of the company's strategic direction
  • Managing personnel administration and maintaining the relationship with external payroll service providers
  • Providing support to the human resources assistant, especially for payroll-related tasks
  • Ensuring accurate reporting of HR data to the Group
  • Ensure labor law adherence & internal compliance
  • Manage social relations & employee representation in coordination with Site Director (CSE / CSSCT)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in an HR role (HR Manager, Generalist or Business Partner)
  • Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
  • Exhibits commitment, involvement, and flexibility
  • Skilled in setting and managing priorities effectively
  • Embodies dynamism and proactivity
  • Excels in both autonomy and team collaboration
  • Proficient knowledge of French and English is a prerequisite
