Manager Finance & Administration (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are looking for a Manager Finance & Controlling (m/f/d) for our Top-Management at the location in Momignies, Belgium.

Your tasks will include:

• Enforcement and compliance with applicable accounting framework parameters and Belgian tax reporting.
• Compliance with group standards and legal requirements
• Preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts and plans in a financial context
• Optimise business results; analyse discrepancies with budgeted figures and take action to increase profitability
• Ensure financial and accounting activities are carried out in accordance with applicable site standards and policies
• Prepare management reports to continuously inform senior management and all stakeholders
• Technical management and liaison between the Purchasing, Accounting and Controlling departments as well as contact person for the Moulded Glass BU management
• Close cooperation with relevant departments of the Moulded Glass BU in order to positively influence forecasts
• Contact person to governmental authorities and other financially relevant institutions
• Continuous improvement of internal financial processes

Qualifications

• Completed Master's degree with a focus on finance or a related field
• Profound knowledge of Belgian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Experience in financial accounting and consolidation as well as budget planning and monitoring
• Outstanding analytical skills to identify discrepancies and potential for optimisation
• Knowledge in the preparation of management reports and financial analyses
• Experience in collaboration between international teams and stakeholders
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Strong organisational skills and accuracy as well as the ability to plan ahead
• Excellent communication skills - also in English and French
