Job Description
- Technical coordination of a shift group and monitoring of production according to specifications along the value chain.
- Technical management of a shift group to ensure smooth production flow (overview and evaluation of current production, initiation of necessary measures, if necessary after coordination)
- Supporting the responsible manager in personnel-related issues (e.g. employee development, absenteeism, personnel deployment, etc.)
- Participation in the processing of complaints and deviations
- Assumption of activities in the current production according to specification
- Trustful cooperation with internal and external interfaces (e.g. production areas, TS, CS, plant management, TCC/SEC, HR, BR)
- Independent compliance with relevant operational requirements, standards and legal regulations (SOP, BV, tariff, law, etc.)
Qualifications
- Knowledge as taught in the course of 3-year industrial/technical training and deepened through targeted advanced training of specialized knowledge. The work assignment requires at least three years of experience in a comparable function with planning/coordination tasks.
- Good knowledge of general processes in production and knowledge of the value chain (relevant influencing variables, interfaces, etc.)
- Good knowledge of assembly and injection molding processes, incl. key figures
- Knowledge personnel management
- Very good knowledge in the areas of resource and deployment planning
- Good IT user skills (e.g. Office programs, MES & ERP)
- English language skills (spoken and written)
