Job Description
Measuring for plastic parts, assemblies and other components as part of tool qualification on Coordinate Measuring Machines & manual equipment.
- Preparation of machine, process and measuring equipment by means of the software specified for this purpose on your own responsibility.
- Independent creation of reports for internal measurement services
- Independent clarification of metrological problems if necessary in a team.
- Independent creation of measurement reports for plastic components based on given, software – based, content
- Independent work preparation incl. weekly and daily planning for measurement tasks according given priorities
- Verification of test results & Reaction in case of deviation according to internal process specifications
Qualifications
Job requirements:
- Basic Knowledge in the field of testing equipment (e.g. Zeiss Contura G2, Zeiss O-Inspect 8/6/3, Zeiss Metrotom 800, dial gauge, etc…)
- Basic knowledge in dealing with technical drawings
- Basic knowledge of test methods and measurement technology
- Basic knowledge of the required QM guidelines
- Basic knowledge in the field of preparation of technical reports
- Basic knowledge in the field of occupational safety during functional tests (technical, organizational and personal protective measures)
- Good IT user skills(especially Office programs, MES)
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- GMP/GDP basics
- Performance and design motivation

- Sensitivity and contact capability
- Sociability and team orientation
- Emotional stability, resilience and self-confidence
- Conceptual and analytic competence
- Knowledge of failure analysis methods and root cause analysis
