In our Primary Packaging Plastics plant in Cotia we are developing and manufacturing products in IBM, IM, offset technology and silica gel filling lines for the production of tubes and caps with desiccant for effervescent products. The tubes are produced in PP and there are 2-sizes available: 87mm and 131mm. We also have an exclusive decoration area for the tubes using offset technology. The caps are produced in PEHD with desiccant with or without coil. Cotia plant has approx 6.000 m², assuring an excellent market coverage and largest capacity in Latin America of effervescent packaging.
We ensure full conformity of our products with customers’ requirements due to our certifications as ISO 9001:2015 and cGMP standards. Our efforts to Quality Excellence are recognized by our customers through an important award in Brazil - Sindusfarma Quality Award, which we won 22 times consecutively, in the category of “Plastic Caps and Bottles”.
