Gerresheimer AG, Duesseldorf, invites tenders for the mandate to audit the Annual Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements as well as the Combined Management Report of Gerresheimer AG and the Gerresheimer Group for the financial year 2024 (December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2024), as well as the audit of financial statements of certain subsidiaries included in the consolidated financial statements. Furthermore, the offer shall include the audit of the remuneration report, the audit to obtain limited assurance of the separate non-financial report and, if applicable, the provision of certain recurring non-audit services.
Certified public accountants (m/f/d) and audit companies may submit their interest in the tender by March 24, 2023, 12:00 CEST, via the contact address audit-tender@gerresheimer.com
After this deadline, a confidentiality agreement and further documents will be sent to the interested auditors (m/f/d) and audit companies.
